Обязанности: Duties / Responsibilities:
• Mix and serve drinks and cocktails following established guidelines, procedures and policies regarding beverage and safety controls as prescribed by company standards
• Ability to produce live professional entertainment while serving
• Refined and in-depth knowledge of the art and craft of mixology.
• Proper presentation and garnishing of beverages
• Interact with guests in a cordial, efficient and professional manner
• Maintain a commitment to overall guest satisfaction
• Responsible for overall bar set up and maintenance – i.e. prepare requisitions and place orders for liquor, other beverage and bar supplies
• Provide assistance to Management with ordering, receiving and storing supplies
Implement, planning, control and availability of logs and checklists based on the lounge specifications
• Ensure and enhance bar and restaurant profitability and business growth
Be proactive and take initiative in developing bar performance growth
Supervise the work of bar staff and other bartenders
• Maintains bottles and glasses in an attractive and functional manner to support efficient drink preparation and promotion of beverages
• Present drink menus, make specific recommendations and answer questions regarding beverages
Требования: Requirements:
• Must have at least 5years work experience in the hospitality or tourism industries
• Must have a very good knowledge of liqueurs, spirits and wines
• Must speak English
• Ability to work flexible hours, nights and weekends
Must be a highly motivated and dynamic individual who realizes that the customer comes first!
• Must have a keen eye for detail and the ability to multi-task
